Newtech Implant Center

Your partner for implant success!

At our dental lab, we specialize in crafting high-quality implant restorations that deliver outstanding function and aesthetics. Our technicians have extensive experience in working with all systems of dental implants and use the latest technology to ensure precise fit and optimal occlusion.

All materials are OEM or custom milled and Made in the USA.

Screw-Retained

How it works:

  • The restoration is attached directly to the implant or abutment with a screw.
  • Access hole: A small hole remains on the occlusal (biting) surface, later sealed with composite.

Advantages:

  • Easily retrievable for maintenance or repair
  • Ideal for full-arch prosthetics

Disadvantages:

  • Requires ideal implant angulation
  • Esthetics may be compromised

Cement-Retained

How it works:

  •  The restoration is cemented onto a prepared abutment (like a traditional crown).
  • Cement: Permanent or provisional luting agents.

Advantages:

  • Excellent esthetics (no screw access holes)
  • Simpler in cases with limited interocclusal space

Disadvantages:

  • Difficult to retrieve without damaging the prosthesis
  • Risk of excess cement causing peri-implantitis
